I was born in Rochester, New York. I earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rochester and a law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, I was part of the Pro Bono Scholars Program and performed over 500 hours of free legal services for low-income individuals.
I am licensed to practice law in New York (2015) and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (2016). I am a member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Monroe County Bar Association.
After law school, I worked as a litigation associate at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP. Thereafter, I served as a law clerk and Special Counsel to the Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
What I do for Clients
I joined Modica Law Firm in January of 2020. I handle labor and employment (including whistleblower), disability benefit (including Social Security Disability and New York State Retirement System Disability Pension), workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. I represent clients in federal and state courts and in proceedings before governmental agencies, including the Social Security Administration, the New York Workers’ Compensation Board, the New York State Department of Labor, and the New York State Retirement System.
I donate my time by handling cases pro bono and I provide financial support to organizations like the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Holy Apostles Church. I am also a board member of Alyssa’s Angels (https://www.alyssasangels.org/), a group that assists disadvantaged and needy children in Rochester.
I love to CrossFit, cook, travel, do crossword puzzles, and spend time with my friends and big Italian family.
