Steven V. Modica, founding partner of Modica & Associates and Immediate Past President of the Monroe County Bar Association [“MCBA“], has been selected to serve on the MCBA Search Committee to select a new Executive Director. Mary Loewenguth, who has served as MCBA Executive Director for the last 14 years, will become the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York early next year.
“I am happy to serve on this important committee,” said Modica. He added: “The MCBA is at a critical juncture in its 120thyear of service to our legal community. I look forward to participating in the decision to hire the next person to lead us.”
