Courtney was born in Rochester, New York. After college, she taught in Fort Myers, Florida.
Courtney joined the firm in 2011 as a legal assistant; in 2018, she was promoted to paralegal. In June 2023, Courtney passed an exam that authorizes her to represent clients before the Social
Security Administration as if she were an attorney.
Courtney helps Social Security Disability clients complete their applications and respond to requests for information; reviews and summarizes extensive medical records; drafts pre-hearing
memoranda for the Judge’s consideration; and represents clients at hearings.
Courtney also speaks to prospective clients who contact our office and gathers their personal information and an understanding of their potential legal issue.
Courtney lives in Greece with her husband and two sons. She enjoys watching her children play sports, traveling, party planning, concerts, and watching Bravo.
