New York Workers’ Compensation

We represent individuals in proceedings before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. We also represent employers who allegedly failed to maintain WC insurance coverage.

• counseling clients about their rights and obligations;
• communicating with the WC Carrier and WC Board;
• contacting medical providers to secure records;
• verifying that clients receive the proper benefit amount and proper medical treatment;
• preparing clients for hearings;
• representing clients at hearings and cross-examining defense witnesses and medical examiners;
• handling administrative appeals and related litigation; and
• negotiating lump sum and other settlements.
